When I try to create a profile using the outlook wizard I get this one instead:įaulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version. the above windows error comes up when I try and create a profile from 'control panel - mail' So I hope someone can tell me what I need to do differently? or that this gets resolved soon? I have 2 users who are waiting on their new computers and I can't give them to them until I get this fixed! I have already called support and they say there is nothing more they can do for me.

Outlook operates just fine until a connector is installed and I try and add a zimbra account.
And on each of those versions of outlook I have installed 2 different connectors: 8. I have installed outlook 2010, 20 along with all of their updates.

I am having an issue specifically on Windows 10 Pro machines running Version 9 Build 16299 and it is happening on more than one machine.
